Traffic Coordinator

Lead Surge LLC is a small, but mighty advertising agency specializing in B2C direct response lead generation. As a Direct Response Ad Agency that specializes in home improvement, we track the response for every single ad that we run; every TV, radio, digital, newspaper and online ad unit needs to generate a certain number of leads for the ad to be cost-effective. As our business grows, we are seeking to add a Traffic Coordinator to our Media Operations team.

This position supports the Traffic Manager and comes with a moderate degree of responsibility and autonomy. In this role, the primary responsibility is to accurately provide traffic instructions to hundreds of broadcast media outlets on a monthly basis.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Prepare traffic instructions, verifying accuracy of response mechanisms, ordered flight dates, creative dates, offer expiration dates.
  • Work with our external production company to coordinate timely delivery of spots to media outlets, ensuring that assets are delivered to the correct destination and according to the outlet’s specifications.
  • Send, and track confirmation of traffic instructions to media outlets across North America.
  • Collect technical specifications from new media partners and ensure that records for our current media roster are up to date.
  • Maintain traffic contacts within Lead Surge database to ensure messages are delivered to the appropriate people.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics and Production) to ensure that deliverables are prepared according to campaign plans and meeting deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
  • College degree desired or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a professional business environment.
