Media Operations Coordinator

As a Direct Response Ad Agency that specializes in home improvement, we track the response rate for every single ad that we run; every TV, radio, newspaper and online ad unit needs to generate a certain number of leads for the ad to be cost-effective.

The Media Operations Coordinator position is a really important role in our company because accuracy in our tracking is the cornerstone of our business and the reason we are so successful. This position will support the Director of Media Operations and comes with a good deal of responsibility; we are looking for both a thinker and a doer.

We have hired people with backgrounds in finance, government and other fields. You do not need advertising experience to be considered for this position, but you do need to demonstrate your mastery of Excel and your obsession with accuracy!

Collect prelogs and postlogs from radio and TV stations in 40 markets across the U.S. and check for accuracy
Input media spend amounts on master logs report
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Effectively juggle many tasks in a very deadline driven environment


College degree required
Prior experience in a professional business environment
